Teacher training institutions play an important role of training high quality teachers. ”Professional Development Schools” that link between teacher training institutions and schools, are the places where rationale and practice integrated and teacher education and the professional development of teachers benefited from. This article seeks the possibility of a link from the observational reflection of ”Teacher Training and Appointment” in the classrooms. Rationale level of the study explores the origin, function, characteristics, types and operation of ”Professional Development Schools” in order to analyze factors that affect its operation. By using the examples of ”Teacher Training and Appointment” in our country to study the practice of ”Professional Development Schools”, like the collaboration of teacher education curriculum, the transformation of teaching practicum stage, professional growth of in-service teacher, etc. hoping to improve the feasibility of the rationale application and practice of ”Professional Development Schools”.
