落差與送料速度對于秤體精度之影響

The Effect of Drop Height and Transport Speed on the Weighing Precision

摘要


本研究設計一連續輸送、自動秤重計量及充塡之裝置,使其銜接於連續式蒸汽包覆式直接加熱處理機與自動塑膠盒封盒機之間,以便將蒸汽直熱處理過之農產品經連續輸送控制、自動秤重再自動充塡到自動封盒機的包裝容器內,達到連續生產包裝的目的。主要的構件有進料漏斗、螺旋送料器、荷重元、盛料斗、驅動馬達及重量指示器等。實驗結果顯示,本研究所設計組裝之秤體藉由給料器轉速組態的設定可有效地解決固形農產品因不同物料性狀、落料高度及充塡停止之時間差而衍生的問題,提高秤重充塡的精確度。

To package the agricultural products from a direct steam infused heating machine under continuous and automatic situation developed in this study that connects the direct steam infused heating system and the automatic tray packing machine. The device constructed a hopper, as a buffer tank, a screw feeder, a weighing-cell, a fill plate, a motor drive, and a load-cell based weighing controller. As the results, the speed profile could settle the questions on the physical properties of different products, the height which between the screw feeds and the weighing-cell, the time-lag of stopped feed effectively, and rising the precision in weighing and filling.
