豬糞尿水處理之活性污泥程序回授控制系統

The Feedback Control System of the Activated Sludge Process for Swine Wastewater Treatment

摘要


臺灣農政單位所推廣的三段式豬糞尿廢水處理系統中,活性污泥程序是最難掌握也是最難操作的部份,針對此問題,本研究試圖找出一個適用於養豬戶的操作程序並予以自動化,希望藉由這個自動化的系統來解決養豬戶操作上的問題,並改善放流水的水質。本研究所發展的系統,係利用感測器及個人電腦作為資料處理的中心,以污泥迴流作為控制的手段,使曝氣槽內混合液懸浮固體濃度維持在一理想定值的狀態。測試結果顯示,當操作在生化需氧量(Biochemical oxygen demand, BOD)進流濃度為1,500-5,000 mg/L、單位容積負荷(Volumetric loading)0.41 g/L/d及食微比(Food to microorganism ratio, F/M)0.17 kg BOD/kg MLSS/d時,發現系統的BOD去除率可達95%,懸浮固形物(Suspended solids, SS)的去除率更高達99%,而系統可承受的進流有機負荷變化率約在35%左右,因此利用本系統可達到自動化以及良好處理效果的目標。

In the intensively extended three-stage swine wastewater treatment system by agriculture authority in Taiwan, the activated sludge process is the most difficult stage for pig farmers to operate. The main purpose of this study is to develop an automatic control system to help farmers operating this process and thus improving the effluent quality. In the developed control system, a single mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) sensor and a personal computer were used for data processing, while maintaining the MLSS of the aeration tank at a suitable level by sludge recycling was adopted as the control strategy. The results showed that, when system operating at influent BOD of 1,500-5,000 mg/L, a volumetric loading of 0.41 g BOD/L/d and an F/M ratio of 0.17 kg BOD/kg MLSS/d, 95% and 99% of BOD and SS removal efficiencies were achieved, respectively. Also, the tolerable shock loading for this system was 35% compared with the designated set point. Therefore, it could be concluded both the automation and improvement of the treatment efficiency were successfully achieved for this system.
