摘要

本論文對公共行政的全球化面向提出三個部份，包括(1)全球化與國際化的差異；(2)全球化與資本主義或現代化的關係；(3)全球化對公共行政和主要意義。
關於全球化的結果，作者提出四點：(1)市場的霸權性質；(2)多元文化的消失與維護；(3)全球化的工具理性割裂性的完整人格；(4)全球化浪潮中的民族主義。
最後，本論文對於全球化對公共行政的主要意義提出八點，以供詆者參攷。

This paper presents three parts on the global dimension of public administration including the difference between globalization and internationalization; the relationship between globalization and capitalism or modernization; and the critical meaning of globalization on public administration.
The author proposes four points about the consequence of globalization: 1) the hegemonial nature of free market; 2) the declining and maintaining of multi-culture; 3) the instrumental rationality of globalization dividing the whole personality of human nature; 4) nationalism under the tide of globalization.
In the last section, this paper suggests eight points about the critical meaning of globalization on public administration.
