摘要

異位元骨化(heterotopic ossification)指在骨骼系統外之軟組織形成骨骼的情形，可能發生在皮膚、皮下組織、骨骼肌或陰筋旁之纖維組織等處。本文報告1名26歲女性，因兩年來逐漸長大之左俊頸部無痛腫塊求診，電腦斷層檢查期示爲4×2.5cm界限明顯之軟組織樣病灶併內部不規則狀之顯影增強，輿周圍骨骼組織無相連。經手術切除證實爲異位骨化，術後追蹤6個月無復發現象。因病例罕見，特提出報告。

Heterotopic ossification is the formation of the bone outside the skeletal system. This pathologic process may occur in sites such as the skin, subcutaneous tissue, skeletal muscle and fibrous tissue adjacent to joints. A 26-year-old woman came to our clinic with a non-tender, slow-growing left neck mass for two years. CT scan of the neck revealed a 4×2.5 cm, well circumscribed soft tissue mass with irregular high-density component inside. The lesion has no connection with the surrounding bony tissue. The patient received surgical excision. The histopathologic examination revealed heterotopic ossification. No recurrence was noted after follow up for 6 months.
