摘要

糖尿病病人常因顯微血管病變而造成視網膜症，乃是眾所皆知，但有少數病人會造成現神經乳頭病變在臨床上少見，其眼底鏡觀與一般視神經乳頭水腫相似，雖會引起暫時的視力障礙，但預後一般良好。
玆報告三例成人型之非胰島素依賴型糖尿病病人之糖尿病視乳頭病變，二例併有糖尿病視網膜病變，初期視力惡化，但最後則恢復至原來視力，恢復期間約為6個月，眼底螢光攝影可和視乳頭新生血管及前部缺血性視神經病變做一鑑別診斷。

Diabetic papillopathy is originally reported in juvenile insulin-dependent diabetic patients. Transient optic disc edema can occur with minimal impairment of the optic nerve function. Although initial visual loss maybe prominent, the course is benign. We reported three cases in adult diabetic patients with background diabetic retinopathy Duration of the course is about 6 months. As diabetic papillopathy is a transient benign change, complicated neurological examination may be avoided if the condition is well identified.
