弱者的遊戲─2003年以來“南湖新村”空間改造的成與敗

摘要

“南湖新村”大型居住區是1980年代南京的城市“明星”，被稱作“新興小城市”。到了2000年初，該社區已衰落。2003年以來，南京市建鄴區政府對其進行了一系列空間改造。十年過去，這些改造有成有敗，其中“敗”的成分居多。本文擬對其中原因做出剖析，對南湖新村這一空間實體的精神世界做出診斷。空間改造的集體失效，並非於設計本身，而是在於其最初的居住者（下放戶）。他們是被歷史遺忘的一群人。空間改造觸動的是他們的集體記憶，激起的其本能的空間抵抗－這一社區不僅僅是他們生活的住所，還是他們全部的世界。

Nanhu Settlement was a star of Nanjing City in 1980s, called the ＂burgeoning town＂. But it has been declined for a long time until the early or 2000. The government or Jtanye District has made a series or space reforms for this settlement since 20m by now, which or these full or success and failure. But the reforms of the 10 years bring some negative effects, whose reason is not out or the design, but the collective memory or people lived there. Throughout the analysis or these forgotten people and their place, we will rind that it is their collective memory evoke the space resistance which makes the space reforms cannot get the expected effort smoothly. The settlement is not only where they live, but also their whole world.
