摘要

因中風病患需要依賴家屬的照護，對家屬生活品質影響甚巨，本研究之目的在瞭解中風病患之主要照顧者的生活品質狀況及社會支持。研究採橫斷式研究設計，研究對象取自新竹縣市三所教學醫院中風病患之主要照顧者，以結構式問卷訪談收集資料，問卷內容包括中風病人、主要照顧者的基本屬性、生活品質量表及社會支持等四部分，共收集91名主要照顧者。結果發現：(l)中風病患之主要照顧者的生活品質以親密因素得分最高，健康層面最低。(2)在社會支持方面，以人力支持層面得分最高，實質支持層面最低。(3)迴歸分析發現女性照顧者及社會支持等變項，可預測生活品質15%。研究結果可提供相關單位，成立中風照顧者支持團體，舉辦醫療相關訓練，適時提供實質的支持。

Patients of cerebral vascular accident (CVA) require family care as a result, the quality of life of family members is greatly influenced. The purpose of this study as to understand the quality of life and social support among primary caregivers with patients of CVA. The research as of cross-sectional design: ninety-one caregivers with patients of CVA from three Hsin-Chu area teaching hospitals responded to structured questionnaires, which were divided into four parts. The structured questionnaires included questions on basic demographic data of the CVA patients and their primary caregivers, the quality of life of the primary caregivers, and the social support received by the primary caregivers. The results of the study show (1) In terms of the quality of life, primary caregivers with patients of CVA scored the highest on the intimacy subscale and lowest on the health subscale (2) In terms of social support. primary caregivers with patients of CVA scored highest on manpower support subscale and lowest on material support subscale (3) The analysis of regression indicates female primary caregiver and the level of social support can predict 15% of the caregiver quality of life. The results of this study provide a greater understanding of primary caregivers and also indicate that one should establish social support groups, provide care training, and informational support.
