Prostate adenocarcinoma is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in men. Patients with this disease commonly present with increased urinary frequency and hesitancy, nocturia, and dysuria secondary to tumor enlargement. Prostate cancer is also notorious for its atypical presentation. Bone involvement is present in 90% of metastatic prostate cancer cases and the differentiation of compression fractures is important in elderly patients. We herein present the case of a 67-year-old male with an atypical presentation of back pain and body weight loss.
