臺灣南部對另類教育的需求初探

摘要

本文旨在分析教育改革方向應朝體制外的另類教育來思考，並本於教育應照顧到每個人的理念、南部地區另類學校的闕如，而結論出臺灣南部對另類學校的需求。首先，臺灣教育改革的困境，可能源自所遵循的教育哲學是可爭議的、學校的設計可能是反教育的，因此，可能要從檢視教育哲學與學校設計的另類教育來思考可能的方向。其次，臺灣教育改革必須以教育均等為前提，但目前城鄉及南北教育發展的差異問題相當顯著。最後，臺灣另類教育的落實有重北輕南的趨勢，因此應加速南部另類教育的推動。

This study aimed to analyze the challenges of educational reform and to suggest the need of alternative education in the South of Taiwan. Three results are brought up in the present study. First, the educational philosophy and ways of school design are doubted, and therefore the alternative education can be proposed for educational reform. Secondly, because the educational development shows the rural-urban and north-south disparity, the equality in education must be the target of educational reform. Finally, the development of alternative education exhibits a slow-moving in the South of Taiwan and therefore need to speed up the reform action.
