美、日身心障礙體育專業人員證照制度

美國及日本兩國早在三十年前已積極推動身心障礙體育運動，惟其體育行政體系不同，其身心障礙體育專業人員授證制度亦有不同，美國身心障礙體育專業人員證照制度的規劃及執行都由民間身心障礙團體來進行體育證照鑑定及證照核發主要爲適應體育教師和休閒治療師兩種；日本身心障礙運動指導員制度是經政府認定，由身心障礙運動民間機構執行；本文將就其授證制度之種類、委任制度、檢定標準、檢定考試及繼續教育等相關細節作探討，以作爲我國規劃身心障礙體育專業人員證照制度之參考。

The activities for disabilities promoted since 30 years before in USA and Japan. As the administration of America and Japan are not the same, their certification of physical professionals for disabilities is also different. In USA, private disabilities institute issues the certification including Certification Adapted Physical Education (CAPE) and Certification Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). In Japan, the certification of physical professionals for disabilities is made from the government, and executed by private disabilities institute. This article will survey the different kinds of certification, standards of examination, and continuos education in order to give further references in regulating system of certification of physical professionals for disabilities in our country.
