摘要

在一場張力十足棒球比賽中，除了強力打擊得分很重要外，堅強守備也是另一個重要指標，所以棒球比賽中最多守備員的位置就是內野手，在內野手中處理最多的就是滾地球。
內野手的表現往往影響投手的情緒以及比賽的結果，本文除了強調內野手接捕滾地球的重要性，並分析內野滾地球的特性，將內野手接滾地球的動作分成準備期、移位期及接球完成期，對各階段之動作加以分析，並製成動作觀察改進技術表以提供教練和選手，做為訓練時改善選手動作之依據，以增加內野手在接滾地球時的穩定性，讓投手與打擊者對決時更有信心。

It is important having a great hitter to get point in a baseball competition. The other key point is perfect defense. So there are many infielders in the field. They have to deal with lots of grounder.
The performance of infielders often affects pitcher's emotions and results of baseball games. The aims of this study were to focus on the importance of infielders catching ground balls, and to analyze the characteristics of a ground ball in infield, and the preparing, moving and catching movements of infielder dealing with a grounder. Based on the literature review, we created a form to provide coaches and athletes to improve athletes' movements during training, to promote the stabilization of catching grounder.
