論組織中傳聞現象對組織成員工作投入之影響

摘要


一個組織的目標能否順利達成,通常需端賴良好的組織運作,而良好的組織運作包含了許多重要因素,組織溝通即為其中重要因素之ㄧ,良好的組織溝通得以凝聚組織成員的共識,因而共同投入工作來達成組織目標;組織內的溝通類型大抵分為正式溝通與非正式溝通兩類,以往學者多以正式溝通為主要探討問題而較少談論非正式溝通,然而非正式溝通對組織成員的影響力其實不容小覷,傳聞現象便屬於組織內部主要的一種非正式溝通方式。本研究便以傳聞現象為主要探討課題,除對傳聞定義加以說明與界定外,並釐清非正式溝通管道中,與傳聞名詞相近之八卦與謠言其定義之異同,最後針對工作投入之定義,探討傳聞現象對組織成員工作投入之相關性,及其對組織成員工作投入之影響。
