6D設施資訊管理系統之研究

6D Facility Information Management System Study

摘要


建築物因各項設施設備使用功能與用途不同,設施設備使用年限趨高,且採取被動式維護機制,無法有效地進行設施設備維護。為進行良好維護管理,使其效能再提昇,以提供更好的服務品質。有鑑於此,本研究之研究目的為:結合公共工程委員會所推行之公共工程綱要編碼標準、BIM資訊內容(3D幾何資訊、規格資訊)。彙整各類建築系統構件之維修相關知識(工作內容、所需人力、維修頻率),在設施管理軟體ArchiBus「運維管理」功能模組之基礎上,建置此「預防性維修管理系統」。運用BIM設備建立爆炸圖且運用設備維護管理系統,讓各專業設備能傳遞準確共享資訊。本研究首先運用CBR(Case-Based Reasoning),案例推理,從諸多案例中找出最類似的案例(retrieval),依照案例的結果、再作調整(adaptation)。本案分別從描述(describing)、分類(classifing)以及連結(connecting)建立此流程說明,並藉著與設備管理者的對話,從生活與經驗的陳述,以獲得、了解及解釋受訪者認知,並驗證(verification)此理論。

This research intends to adopt innovative concepts and technologies to develop the "6D Integrated Facility Management Information System (iFMIS)" and implement it in the TBTC of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, aiming to establish it as a benchmark case worldwide. The research objectives of this study are: To combine the BIM database, master format, project scheduling software, ArchiBus Maintenance Management module, cloud computing, and smart portable device to develop the "Preventive Maintenance Management System (PMMS)". Use BIM equipment to explode dwg and use the equipment maintenance management system, so that each professional equipment can pass accurate sharing information. The research method employed is case-based reasoning (CBR).
