介白質-6對脂締素基因表現的影響

摘要


肥胖會使心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血壓的相對危險度增加。而綜合這些與心血管危險因子有關的疾病,在臨床上常被統稱為代謝症候群(metabolic syndrome),或稱為X症候群(syndrome X)。過多的脂肪是導致代謝症候群的原因之一。在脂肪細胞所分泌的蛋白中,脂締素(adiponectin)會促進胰島素敏感性(insulin sensitivity)、抑制肝臟糖質新生(gluconeogenesis)、促進骨骼肌細胞氧化脂肪酸而降低血漿三酸甘油酯(TG)、抑制脈管內膜新生作用(neointimal formation)。而IL-6對於代謝症候群,卻具有與脂締素 (adiponectin)相反的作用。目前對於脂締素(adiponectin)基因表達的調控並不甚清楚,而本研究在於探討介白質-6 (IL-6)對於脂締素(adiponectin)在傳訊核糖核酸(mRNA)層次表達的影響及其機制。
