改造工程理念下的及時性生產研究-以觸控面板廠為例

摘要


近年來台灣的經濟受大環境的影響,高度成長的榮景已不復存在,轉而代之的是企業體紛紛的出走,政府根留台灣的期望在現實的衝擊下嚴重的被考驗著,e時代的來臨,資訊傳遞的深遠,全球企業競爭的版圖早已重疊無法分割,面對全球的競爭企業體如何提昇獲利,相對於全世界的競爭力如何保有絕對的獲利空間,為求永續的經營產,企業無不力求革新,尋求在市場環境的變遷中尋獲支撐企業生命力的浮木,面對知識經濟下企業因有的省思,進行各種型態的提昇競爭力活動。 日本豐田汽車的及時性生產系統與美國Michael Hammer& James Champy所提的工程改造都造成企業體廣泛的引用,作為企業獲利提昇的改進手法,然企業改革活動時有所聞,無疾而終者眾,或因導入的決心,或因導入的手法,更多的是對理論思想與企業方向的結合,並無法合宜的取得融合,探究原因或為時代的演變,或困所處環境的不同,單一的理論思考已無法周嚴的陳述企業變革的方向,為此,研究的方向在將上述兩者間加以分析比較,結合實務的需求尋求最適切的融合,利用此研究論文的整理對兩理論與實務間尋求一些可能的假設,比較初期差異處與相似點,再結合實際企業環境對競爭力的變化,為使研究能在實務面被有效的使用,對導入的手法方向予以詳細的陳訴,最後並利用個案的導入觀察與期望的差異,進而對理論融合的效果有所驗證,希能得到可依循的法則作為企業管理上尋求新的思路。

In recent years, Taiwan economy has being suffered from environmental changes. Highly prosperity and growth has already not existed. Instead, a lot of domestic enterprises have been transferring the investment out of Taiwan. Accompanying with e-life and speedy information transfer, there is no enterprise that can be out of this global competition. Facing the reality, how to preserve the absolute profit space, keep the high competitive power has become the most important target for enterprises. Therefore, business enterprises carry on every means to promote the competition ability activity for the innovation. In recent years, the Just-in-time production system in TOYOTA automobile and the re-engineering theory which was developed by Michael Hammer & James Champy, have been widely applied to many of enterprises for reaching highly profit rate. However, it is hard to find a successful reform case. Some of them failed because of the skills of implementation were unsuitable, or the implementation could not continue. The most of the reasons of the failures come from the difference of the theory and practice. In case of time changing and the environment difference, to use a single theory could not entirely cover the directions of enterprise reform. Accordingly, in my research, I will compare and analysis these two theory and consider the needs in business practice to find the best fusion. Firstly, I will analysis reference documents and consider the business practice to submit some of assumptions. Secondly, for this research to be put to practical use, I described the implementation skills in this case in detailed. I hope, through the observation and result of this practical case, it can be shown the effect of the integration of theory and practices.
