隨著科技快速發展,品質不斷精進,過去傳統慣用的六標準差品質改善只針對產品的單一品質特性進行改善分析,然而在實務上產品往往具有多項關鍵品質特性,產品品質的優劣往往受到多項品質特性的影響,隨著全球化的激烈競爭環境,及生活水準提高帶來消費者品質意識擡頭,產品競爭日益激烈。因此,必須重視產品品質管理,以提高產品品質達到或超越顧客的期望,以增加產品的競爭力。 一般進行品質改善時,通常只會針對某一個特定參數與單一品質特性做最佳化參數的探討,本研究主要為運用以六標準的架構篩選出數個關鍵的參數與品質特性進行實驗,並將以個案公司 DVD 光碟廠為例。建立以六標準差為架構的多參數與多品質篩選流程,並驗證所建構之流程確實能有效改善光碟片多參數與多品質的良率提升。作為國內各企業品質提昇之參考。
As the rapid development in science and constant improvement in quality, the traditional six-sigma methodology for single character improvement will not be enough form today's multi-character products. The competitive environment brought by globalization and increase in living standard result in consumer awareness in product quality. Therefore a proper quality manament will deliver the competivei edge once the consumer's expectation is acheived or even extended. When talking about quality improvement, the conventional way will be to spin down on a single parameter or character. However this reseash, based on a DVD manufacturer, will demonstarte multi-parameter or multi-character improvement within the structure of the six sigma for effectively improving the quality of DVD discs.
