維修保養訓練是產品支援很重要的一環,良好的維修保養訓練可以提高產品壽命,降低營運成本。近年來,隨著虛擬實境(Virtual Reality;VR)技術的發展,過去學者提出的產品虛擬維修訓練系統多半是以引導式的訓練為主,訓練學員熟悉標準維修程序或最佳化的維修程序,但更完整的維修訓練系統除了提供引導式的訓練模式以外,還要能提供互動式的拆解訓練。在互動拆解訓練模式下,VR模型需要考慮產品的拆解限制與順序,依據目前的拆解狀況動態設定互動零組件,以減少VR模擬引擎須執行的互動與碰撞偵測工作負荷量。而VR模型互動設定之程式撰寫要同時考慮VR場景的3D虛擬物件之動作、互動裝置的訊號、以及使用者互動過程,這些虛擬與實體物件在空間上與時間上的關係本來已經很錯綜複雜,如果再考慮互動拆解維修訓練需要的動態互動零組件設定以及意外狀況之互動細節設定,會讓VR模型互動設定之程式撰寫更加複雜,導致VR程式設計人員不易驗證程式執行結果。因此,本研究希望先以系統化、高階的圖形表示工具來定義VR模型互動設定,接著在國際標準虛擬實境語言VRML架構下,設計一個支援桌上型虛擬維修訓練的產品VR模型,再以此圖形工具Petri Net設定VR模型之互動細節,如此不但容易驗證程式執行結果,也可強化VR模型互動程式設計之溝通與維護。
Maintenance training is one of the most important things of the products supporting. Good training could improve the life of products and reduce the operating cost. In recent years, with the development of virtual reality, the product maintenance virtual training systems that scholars developed in the past are mainly guidance training mode to train the trainee to know the standard or optimal operation procedure of products maintenance well. Besides providing guidance training mode, but more complete training system could also provide interaction training mode. In the interaction training mode, the VR model should consider the disassembly constraints and sequence of the product, and dynamically set the interaction parts according to the present disassembly state to reduce the workload of interaction and collision detection. But the programs that set the interaction parts of the VR model should consider the behavior of 3D virtual objects in the scene graph, and the signal of the interaction device, and the user’s interaction. The relationship between virtual objects and physical objects is very complex in the space and time. If the VR model will want to dynamically set the interaction parts and the interaction details in an accident condition, it will be made the programs more complex and cause the VR programmer to verify the implement more difficult. Therefore, this research will utilize the systematic and high-level graph-based tools to define the interaction of the VR model. And in the structure of the national virtual reality modeling language (VRML), we design the product VR model to support the desktop maintenance training system, and utilize Petri Net to set the interaction details of the product VR model. So, it’s more easily to verify the implement of the programs, and we could stronger the communication and maintenance of the interaction programs in the design phase.
