為能預防營建工地職業災害的發生,透過無線通訊系統與資料庫的整合,有效進行人員出入管制,強化工地門禁之效能,對於營造業工作現場的動態特性,即時的安全監控及資訊管理將可增進安全管理的效率及提升企業形象。 運用iBeacon微定位技術開發勞工定位及警示技術,結合應用程式(APP)建構一套防災監控安全管理系統,有效運用高科技的室內定位技術及資訊化系統,將可提升工地安全風險管理的績效,有效降低營造業的高職災率。 研究中運用定位系統之概念與資料庫結合的方式,進行「營造工地安全管理」之系統設計。本研究是依讀取器功能自動記錄勞工進入工地的時間,以及離開工地的時間,實現出工數之統計與管理。透過自動辨識功能,結合專用資料庫管理系統,可顯示並列印各種統計報表資料,提供給管理人員作為查詢或管理等功能。
Through the integration of wireless communication systems and databases, companies are able to prevent occupational construction site disasters. This integration also effectively manages personnel access control and improves work site security and due to the dynamic characteristics of the construction site, real-time security monitoring and information management would enhance the effectiveness of safety management and corporate image. Using iBeacon micro positioning technology to develop labor positioning and alert technology along with Applications (APP) to build a disaster monitoring safety management system. This system effectively uses high-tech indoor positioning technology and information system that will enhance site safety risk management performance and reduce the construction of high-level disaster reduction rate. This study utilizes the positioning system concepts and database integration for the construction of a site safety management system design. The study depends on the data reader feature to automatically log the labor arrival and departure site time, achieving labor statistics and management. Through automatic recognition capability combined with a proprietary database management system that can display and print a variety of statistical reports to provide information to management as a query or management functions.
