摘 要 學號:N9612009 論文題目:預鑄格框箱工法應用在野溪護岸工程之效果 總頁數:104頁 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:森林系 畢業時間及摘要別:97學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:林志賢 指導教授:許中立 副教授 論文摘要內容: 野溪護岸工程目的主要為保護兩岸及下游社區部落之人民生命財產之安全,並兼顧生態環境之保育與維護。野溪治理工作包含防止河岸侵蝕、邊坡崩塌等整體規劃治理工程。本研究探討何種護岸工程較能達成護岸既安全且植物覆蓋度佳之近自然環境、縮短工期、適宜工程費、廢土石再利用之節能減廢與優質環境目標。以東河鄉及鄰近集水區內27條野溪,護岸工程共74件工程案例,分別以2002年前採用傳統慣用工法36件工程及2002年後採用預鑄格框箱工法38件工程,調查竣工達2年以上之工程案例,比較傳統慣用工法與預鑄格框箱工法,以植物穩定生育基盤之提供及其達到野溪防災功能。經現場調查分析得知,採用預鑄格框箱工法做為低水固床基腳之護岸工程,較能達到營造植被綠化之穩定的安全護岸,且其廢土砂礫石再利用率較高,並可縮短溪床施工作業期程,達成營建模組化的預鑄量產效果。該工法因部分不同組合構材之工程費較傳統慣用混凝土砌石工法為高,但恰可應用在2002年以後因傳統慣用工法工程之砌石技術人力不足情形,及改善傳統慣用工法經常會忽略野溪綠景觀與橫向綠化網路之缺失。再者預鑄格框箱工法可快速恢復災後溪流安全穩定的自然景觀面貌,為值得持續推動相關學理研究,以找出該工法的適用條件並改進之方法。 關鍵字:野溪治理、護岸工程、傳統慣用工法、預鑄格框箱工法。

Graduate Date:June, 2009 Degree Conferred:Master Name of Student:Chih-Hsien Lin Adviser:Hsu, Cheng-Lee The Contents of Abstract in This Thesis: The torrent revetment is aimed to protect both the banks and the lives and properties of the residents on the lower reaches, as well as to protect and to preserve the ecological environment. The torrent regulation of the bank includes the prevention of the bank erosion and the collapse of the side slopes. The research is on the evaluation of different revetment engineering methods, by the criteria: safety, plant covering rate, the time taken, budget, the reuse of the waste, and the better environment. It took 74 projects on the 27 torrents at Tunghe and the watersheds nearby as examples. 36 cases out of 74 cases were conducted before 2002 and were done by the traditional engineering method, the other 38 cases were conducted after 2002 and were done by pre-cast crib box method, finished for more than 2 years. The research compared the results of both methods on the criterion of the stabilization of the plant bedrock which will prevent floods from the torrents. By field investigation and analysis, it showed that the pre-cast crib box method which produces footings strengthening the riverbed of low water stage, does better in plant covering rate, waste reuse rate and time taken. It fulfills the mass production of modular products, too. The different composite parts cost more money, so the budget is higher than the traditional concrete stone-laying method. But it resolves the shortage of stone-laying labour forces after 2002. Morcover pre-cast crib box method achieves better landscape by greening banks and horizontal green network. It also recovers the bank to the natural landscape in a short time. Finally, by observing the results of the pre-cast crib box method and the traditional concrete stone-laying method, the effects of the pre-cast crib box method need to be addressed and further investigated.
