The job satisfaction of employees is a big factor that any organization desires and reaches because it effect directly on job performance and the loyalty of organization’s staff. There are many factors that affect to staff’s satisfaction, but this study is focused on Human Resource strategy (specially: income and promotion training). Using exploratory research, this study can determine the influencing the job satisfaction and loyalty of employees in Hanoi Transport & services corporation (TRANSERCO). The work also presented here has profound implications for future studies of Job satisfaction and employee’s loyalty and may one day help solve the problem of demission in organization.
