The purpose of main study is to survey relationship between self-assessment and job satisfaction. During last years, in Vietnam, they are less emphasis on understanding the importance of self-assessment and the affect of self-assessment to job satisfaction. Thus, this study was sampled from employees of Thu Duc Power Company in order to survey data of personality characteristic and how does it create significant differences to self-assessment and job satisfactionor or not and how does self-assessment affect significant to job satisfaction or not. This study's sample shall be through questionnaires of total 318 Cardres – personnel whom are working at Thu Duc Power Company. The data in gathered questionnaires shall be carried out to analysize statistical and it shall use SPSS software – Version 19.0. Three important hypotheses shall be surveyed by method of statiscal as well as statiscal description, analysis of reliability, analysis of T-Test, analysis of Person correlation and regression. The study's result showed that two personality characteristics such as education level and title/position shall create significant differences towards self-assessment and there have not any personality characteristics create significant differences towards job satisfaction. In addition, self-assessment also affected positive significant toward job satisfaction. The conclusion of study and proposed opinion also mentioned for next study as a resources of references.
