本論文之研究目的為增加農業廢棄物利用價值。自酸菜醱酵液中,共得 24 株分離株,經聚合酶連鎖反應 (Polymerase chain reation,PCR) 鑑定結果皆為 Lactobacillus sp.。分別對峙植物細菌性致病菌結球白菜軟腐病菌 (Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora,BCRC12613)、蘭花軟腐病菌(Erwinia chrysanthemi),得到具潛力之 2 株分離株。增量培養後,2 株之分離株之上清液對兩株植物細菌性致病菌具有抑菌作用,並且對 7 株人體致病菌仙人掌桿菌 (Bacillus cereus,BCRC10446)、腸炎沙門氏桿菌(Salmonella enteritidis,BCRC10744)、鼠傷寒沙門氏菌 (Salmonella typhimurium,BCRC10747)、傷寒沙門氏菌 (Salmonella typhi,BCRC12948)、阪崎氏腸桿菌 (Enterobacter sakazakii,BCRC14122)、腸毒素型大腸桿菌 (Escherichia coli-ETEC,BCRC15372)、出血性大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli-O157:H7,BCRC15377) 也有抑菌效果。
This research aims to select useful microorganisms from the fermention fluid of pickled mustard, in order to increase the value of agricultural waste. All 25 bacterial isolates are Lactobacillus sp. . Compare antibacterial activity of the plant pathogens bacterial Erwinia carotovora subsp. Carotovora (BCRC12613), Erwinia chrysanthemi, we choosed the 2 from the potential isolates. By culturing the 2 isolates and using cell-free supernatant for antibacterial activity plant pathogens bacterial. There are antibacterial activity from human pathogens bacterial: Bacillus cereus(BCRC10446), Salmonella enteritidis(BCRC10744), Salmonella typhimurium(BCRC10747), Salmonella typhi(BCRC12948), Enterobacter sakazakii(BCRC14122), Escherichia coli-ETEC (BCRC15372), Escherichia coli-O157:H7 (BCRC15377).
