在筆記型電腦不斷推陳出新的競爭環境中,各代工廠商莫不積極思考新型態的全球運籌管理模式以掌握零組件的生產與裝配,建立獨特的全球運籌管理模式已成了筆記型電腦代工廠商的重要課題。隨著為達到依訂單規格生產(CTO,Configure to Order)的代工模式,交貨彈性愈來愈高,為了滿足各種訂單,筆記型電腦的代工難度增加。 本研究採用探索性的個案研究,藉由理論文獻探討個案公司執行CTO生產規劃作業時,解決高效的生產和快速的反應能力,進而從需求預測、庫存管理、生產製造、物流運輸和系統層面等層面綜合研究整理結果,探討個案公司CTO供應鏈現況及其關鍵性因素。
There are many creative efforts continuing the notebook computers in the competitive environment, and the OEM companies think that they have to create new models to control the production and assembling by the Global Logistics Management. Therefore, establishing a unique Global Logistics Management has become an important issue to the OEM companies of notebook computers. In order to satisfy various orders with flexible delivery in the configure-to-order (CTO) model, the order processing and fulfillment of the notebook PC manufacturing companies become more and more difficult. This research uses exploratory case for studying and resolving the efficient productions and rapid response capability. From the level of Demand Forecast, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Logistics and System, collate the results of comprehensive study, and to research the key success factors of the company’s Supply Chain when the company implements CTO to produce and plan the operations.
