摘要

本病例是提供繼發性痛經患者使用針刺治療達到止痛，經針刺脾經的穴位5分鐘後，腹部疼痛不適的感覺完全解除，其後追訪腹部無任何不適感。雖然臨床上西醫第一線止痛藥為非類固醇藥物（NSAID），但久服仍會有副作用；而且口服止痛藥不見得可以於5分鐘內達到止痛效果，因此本病例提供臨床上治療子宮肌瘤伴隨痛經時，可以優先採用針刺來達到止痛的效果。因為針刺止痛的療效快、較少出現嚴重副作用且費用不高，所以臨床上或許可以用針刺來取代止痛藥成為最安全、迅速的非藥物治療首選治療方式。

This case indicates that acupuncture stops pain from secondary menstrual cramps. Although NSAID is the primary medicine in clinical Western medicine, it may have side effects in a long term. After having 5-minute therapy of acupuncture at the points of Spleen Meridian, the patient's feelings of uncomfortable belly pain were eliminated. No more uncomfortable feelings were reported in a follow-up interview. From this case, the conclusion is that the therapy of acupuncture has fewer side effects and may replace analgesic as the most safe, efficient treatment for fibroid tumor accompanying with menstrual cramps.
