摘要

自去年（2010年）四月起，中醫醫療院所不得任用無醫療相關證照的推拿師後，中醫骨傷科的學校教學及中醫師的在職教育已相對的受到重視，中醫傷科醫學會從先師吳勝賢主任1996年創會以來，積極的將傷科的精髓與特色以專業課程或研討會的模式推展與發揚，歷經第二屆至第五屆理事長、秘書長、理監事與全體會員共同努力下，會務的推展與成果亦受到相當的肯定，為了傳承與發展，構思請資深的傷科醫師將其學習過程與心得以具體的內容提供給後輩學習者很好的參考架構，因吳老師已往生多年，就由我開始擬筆引言，再請從學院訓練或師承大師多年有傳承經驗與個人體會的醫師，把你們學習過程與豐富的經驗自行執筆或口述請學生整理，期望未來能匯集成冊，除了經驗傳承與交流，更提供給初學者較佳的學習模式。

Since the April of last year(2010), Chinese medical institutions shall not appoint the massage assistent without medical license, therefor school teaching of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology, and in-service education of Chinese medicine are relative prominent. Master Wu Shengxian, the 1(superscript st) director, set up the Association of Chinese Orthopaedics and Traumatology in 1996 , the essence and characteristics of Chinese Traumatology to professional courses or seminar modes extended and carry forward. From the 2nd session to 5th session, Chairmans, General Secretaries, councilors and superintenders, and all members have given their efforts, development of the Association and all results have also been accepted. For inheritance and development, I have idea to invite the seniors of Traumatology physician writing about their learning process and experience to provide the good reference schema for junior Dr.. Because our teacher, Director Wu died for years, I intend to write the ”Introduction” firstly. Later I will invite the senior physicians from college training or apprentice masters for years, who have teaching experience and personal achievements, about your learning process and prominent experience, write it by yourself or oral expression to students and finished by them. In the future, I hope that we can bring the papers together being a book. In addition to the transmission and exchange of experience, we will have more better available learning modes for students or junior physicians.
