本文研究目的旨在探討大專校院學生在休閒運動態度之認知情形,並以個案探討方式進行分析,其個案為中原大學學院之設計學群、人文教育學群、管理學群、工學群學生為研究主軸。本研究方法採問卷調查法,正式問卷調查施測日期為2008年03月10日至03月15日,共抽取樣本300人進行問卷調查,回收300份問卷,回收率100%,經整理後得有效問卷295份,有效問卷率為98.33%。研究結果顯示:「休閒運動認知」構面的平均得分最高(M=4.30);「休閒運動情意」構面的平均得分次之(M=4.10);而「休閒運動行為」構面的平均得分最低(M=3.85)。整體而言,受試者在休閒運動態度量表的觀點,偏向中高的程度(M=4.30),表示中原大學學生對休閒運動參與抱持相當正向與肯定的休閒運動態度。再者,不同學群的學生在「休閒運動認知」、「休閒運動情意」與「休閒運動行為」構面上均達顯著差異,其各學群的學生休閒運動態度高低依序為設計學群學生、工學群學生、人文教育學群學生與管理學群學生。本文提出以下建議:針對該校學生教育休閒及休閒運動的重要性,以扭轉學校社群差異的觀念。此外,學校應將休閒運動的推展成果列為辦學績效之一。其次,在擬定休閒運動方案時,應融入通識與體育課程中,進而輔導及協助學生規劃休閒運動,提供諮詢與輔導服務,定期辦理休閒運動規劃講座,達到上行下效的功能。再者,學校教職員應深入調查與了解學生之休閒運動態度,適時調整休閒運動實施方案,塑造高品質休閒運動環境,帶動全體師生休閒風氣。
This study was focused on collegiate students' perception about recreation and exercise based on the analyses of case study. The sampled objectives mainly included students including students of Chung Yuan Christian University majoring in Humanities and Education, Business and Engineering. This study was carried out by questionnaire and surveys from March 10 to March 15, 2008. 300 people were sampled, of which 300 copies of questionnaire were collected, i.e. 100% turn-over rate. After scrutinization, 295 copies or 98.33% were qualified as legitimate samples. This investigation found that the dimension of ”identification of recreation and exercise” got the highest score with the value of M=4.30, followed by that of ”emotional reaction of recreation and exercise” with the score of M=4.10; while that of ”behavior of recreation and exercise” received the lowest score with a value of M=3.85. Generally, all the volunteers' point of view scored highest with the value of M=4.30, suggesting that students showed positive and affirmative attitude toward recreation and exercise. Furthermore, discrepancies in various dimensions could be found for students with different majors. The scores obtained by students in different majors could be ranked by ”Design”, ”Engineering”, ”Humanities and Education” and ”Business” in descending order. The findings of this study suggest that the importance of recreation and exercise for the collegiate students plays a pivotal role, which, in turn, will change the perception by the general public. In addition, it is of necessity for the education authorities to evaluate the performance of a school based on the promotion results of recreation and exercise. Furthermore, the education authorities can list the activities of recreation and exercise into the classical school athletics curricula. It can be substantially facilitated by consultation and mentor services for students to plan suitable recreation and exercise and by periodical recreation and exercise programming meetings. Furthermore, the school authorities should concern about students attitude to raise their awareness and skills of recreation and exercise and set up better exercise facilities and recreation environments. By doing so, better recreation-mood and exercise-mood in the campus can be expected and life quality be resulted.
