嘉南藥理科技大學學生體適能現況調查

Investigation of Physical Fitness in Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Science University

摘要


目的:旨在瞭解嘉南藥理科技大學學生體適能狀況,並與臺灣地區8-23歲學生體適能常模比較。方法:以九十六學年度1789位男、女學生為對象,男生607人,平均年齡18.36±0.62歲、身高170.92±6.89公分、體重65.81±12.85公斤、身體質量指數22.48±3.93;女生1182人,平均年齡18.24±0.48歲、身高159.82±5.40公分、體重52.72±9.16公斤、身體質量指數20.63±3.34,體適能測驗項目有坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與男生1600公尺、女生800公尺跑走等,測驗所得資料以SPSS電腦統計軟體處理,與教育部制定的七分等級常模比較。結果:一、男生柔軟度百分等級在26-34%、女生在41-46%之間。二、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐男生百分等級在57-67%、女生在60-72%之間。三、立定跳遠男生百分等級在9-24%;女生在11-31%之間。四、男生1600公尺跑走百分等級在10-16%之間;女生800公尺跑走在14-24%。結論:嘉南藥理科技大學男生柔軟度及立定跳遠有其改善空間;男、女學生心肺耐力表現較差,沒有該年齡學生應有的水準,應特別加強改善;在未來體育教學課程中,應多鼓勵學生培養規律的運動習慣,以提昇學生體適能水準。

Purpose: The aim of this study was to understand the physical fitness level of the Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Science students. Methods: The participants included 1789 (607male and 1182 female students, with mean age of male 18.36±0.62 years; high 170.92±6.89 cm; weigh 65.81±12.85 kg, BMI 20.63±3.34; female 18.24±0.48 years; high 159.82±5.40 cm; weigh 52.72±9.16 kg, BMI 20.63±3.34, respectively). The physical fitness tests items include sit and reach; 1 min sit-ups; standing long jump and 1600/800m run/walk. All data were processed by SPSS for windows 10.0 system, and compare to the fitness seven graded norm of Taiwan male and female students. Results: 1.When compared to the norm, the flexibility of male students are 26-34% and the female students are 41-46%, respectively. 2. The 1 min sit-ups of male students are 57-67%; the female students are 60-72%, respectively. 3. The standing long jump of male students are 9-24%; the female students are 11-31%, respectively. 4. The 1600m run/walk of male students are 10-16%; the 800m run/walk of female students are 14-24%, respectively. Conclusion: The flexibility and standing long jump of students should be improved. The cardiovascular endurance of Chia Nan University of Pharmacy & Science students are worse than the same age norm. In order to get good health, the physical education teachers need to encourage students to do exercise regularly.
