大專校院體育教師教學工作投入現況與關係之研究

摘要

本研究之目的在探討大學校院體育教師教學工作投入之現況與關係。本研究以自編之「大學校院體育教師教學工作投入關係之研究問卷」為研究工具，經信、效度考驗後，採用分層隨機抽樣方式，以國內168所大專院校之795位體育教師為研究樣本，來測量大學校院體育教師整體工作投入之現況，共發出研究問卷795份，回收有效問卷429份，有效問卷回收率為53.96％，所得資料經統計分析後獲得以下發現，大學校院體育教師之整體工作投入與工作投入各構面屬於中上程度，婚姻狀況、年資、兼任行政職務、教育程度、職等等背景變項，在體育教師之工作投入有顯著差異。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation and the relationship between teaching and job involvement for PE teachers in colleges and universities. Based on theoretical literature and empirical research on related subjects, an assessment tool is developed: Questionnaire-＂A study of the relationship between teaching and job involvement for PE teachers in colleges and universities＂ and content validity is constructed by professionals. 795 samples were chosen from 168 colleges and universities. Based on questionnaires from 429 PE teachers, several conclusions made according to the research findings are: 1. At present, PE teachers in colleges and universities feel that their job involvement is at the upper middle level. 2. There were significant differences in job involvement for the variables of martial status, teaching experiences, duty, education levels, position, and school attributes. According to those results, this study provides suggestions to the education authorities, colleges and universities, PE teachers in colleges and universities, and future researches.
