封盒退火爐鋼捲溫度模式國產化開發

Development and Application of a Coil Batch Annealing Temperature Simulator

摘要


本研究結合退火製程測溫實驗與鋼捲退火歷程溫度分析模型,以符合鋼帶機性管制值的冷點溫度,作為鋼捲加熱均溫所需時間的依據。研究過程進行測溫實驗,以掌握目前退火模式所造成的冷熱點變化;並以VBA軟體建立鋼捲退火熱傳分析模型,冷熱點溫度模擬結果與量測值誤差小於1.3%(10℃以內)。同時本程式並可配合新鋼種開發,依照Heating pattern,擬訂Batch Annealing(BA)退火均溫時間,以符合冷點目標溫度。

In order to match the mechanical property of coil with the soaking time for batching annealing, this study experimentally and mathematically determined the transient temperature profile of the coil. We used the thermocouples to measure the temperature of the coil hot and cold spots during the preheating, heating and soaking periods. The mathematical simulator was developed using VBA software to calculate the temperature profile of the coil. The difference between experimental and simulated data were within 1.3%. The mathematical model can also be used to calculate the temperature uniformity of the new steel grade coil.
