行銷型態、經營型態與職務性質對成衣打版人員專業職能之影響

The Impacts of Marketing Patterns, Business Patterns and Job Nature on the Professional Competency of Garment Patternmaker

摘要


近年來,因應快速時尚與激烈的競爭環境,在台灣成衣製造產業中,打版擔任著不可缺少的角色。因此,一位成衣打版人員必須具備的專業職能相對重要。本研究旨在探討「行銷型態」、「經營型態」與「職務性質」等不同背景變項對成衣打版人員專業職能之影響。本研究針對成衣打版人員實施問卷調查,共計回收有效問卷149份,所得資料以雙因子變異數分析進行分析與討論。經由研究結果得知:1.在「態度特質」上,會因「行銷型態」與「職務性質」之交互比較而有所不同。2.不同「經營型態」與不同「職務性質」對成衣打版人員專業職能之影響,在「專業知識」、「專業技術」、「專業能力」、「態度特質」和「整體職能」上有顯著差異。

In recent years, in response to rapid fashion and fierce competition, the patternmaking is an indispensable role in garment manufacturing industry in Taiwan. Therefore, a garment patternmaker must have a professional competency is relatively important. This study is mainly to investigate the impacts of "marketing patterns", "business patterns" and "job nature" of different background variables on professional competency of garment patternmakers. This research is aimed at the questionnaires of garment patternmakers, a total of 149 valid questionnaires were collected, the data are analyzed and discussed by two-way ANOVA. The research findings are as follows: (1) In "other personal characteristics", there will be a difference in the interaction between "marketing patterns" and "job nature". (2) The impacts of "business patterns" and "job nature" on the professional competency of garment patternmaker, There were significant differences in "professional knowledge", "professional skills", "professional ability" and "other personal characteristics".
