馬拉鬆跑步對大學男生血液中自然殺手細胞數量及活性之影響

Impacts on Number and Cytotoxicity of Natural Killer Cells in Blood of Male College Students after a Marathon Race

摘要


適度的運動量促進免疫功能,耗竭式的運動會引起免疫抑制現象。研象目的:大學男生以42.195公裏跑步前後,週邊血液中自然殺手細胞數量及其毒殺活性之差異。本研究以14位大學男生爲受試者,血液樣本於跑前30分、跑後0分、12時、24時、36時與48時抽取。血液樣本加入免疫細胞抗原標記單株抗體,以流式細胞分析儀計算自然殺手細胞數量;以細胞分解^51Cr標記之K562標的細胞釋出^51Cr之量,評估自然殺手細胞毒殺活性。結果顯示:大學男生42.195公里跑後0分,週邊血液中自然殺手細胞數量高於跑前,之後持續低於跑前達48小時;自然殺手細胞毒殺活性跑後0分顯著高於跑前,之後持續顯著低於跑前至少48小時;跑後自然殺手細胞數量與毒殺活性上昇與降低時間呈現一致性,但上昇與降低之比率則不一致。結論:大學男生42.195公里跑後,週邊血液中自然殺手細胞數量與毒殺活性會至少降低48小時,大學男生進行類似活動後,48小時內應注意身體保健。長時間運動後週邊血液中自然殺手細胞數量的改量,是其毒殺活性長時間運動後改變的原因之一,但不是唯一原因。

Moderate exercise enhance immune functions, exhaustive exercise induces the post-exercise immunosuppression. The purposes of this study were to investigate the differences of number and cytotoxicity of natural killer cell in peripheral blood of male college students between before and after a 42.195km running. Blood samples were drawn at 30 minutes before and 0 minute, 12 hours, 36 hours and 48 hours after running. Blood samples were conjugated with the specific labeled cloned antibodies of natural killer cell surface antigen, the number of natural killer is analyzed using the flow cytometer; lyses of 51Cr labeled K562 target cells is used for assessing natural killer cell cytotoxicity. Results indicate the natural killer cell number and cytotoxicity were increased at 0 minute, and decreased at least 48 hours after running afterward. The timing of post-exercise changed natural killer cell number was completely concurrent with the natural killer cell cytotoxicity’s. But the magnitude of the changed number was not consistent with the changed cytotoxicity’s. In conclusion, the natural killer cell number and cytotocixty were suppressed at least 48 hours in peripheral blood of male college students after 42.195km running. After completed such exercise, the exercisers should take a good care of their own health. However, the post-exercise changed natural killer number is one of the causes of the post-exercise decreased natural killer cytotoxicity in peripheral blood, but not the only one.
