職災個案接受職業輔導評量服務之案例報告
Vocational Assessment Following Work-Related Injury in a Worker: a Case Report
摘要
職業災害有時會造成勞工在生理、心理上的障礙，而無法返回原來的工作崗位。為減少社會負擔與促進個人生活獨立，促進職災勞工再就業是一個重要任務。職業輔導評量可以藉由評量了解個案能力與可轉移技能，協助職災勞工自我了解並發展適合的職業與調整工作內容方式。本文提出一位因上下班途中交通事故而職業傷害之勞工，利用職業輔導評量協助職災勞工了解職業潛能、興趣、可轉移技能及生理狀況，並提供具體就業建議，協助職業災害勞工適性就業。

Work-related injuries can prevent workers from returning to their original jobs because of physical and psychological barriers. To reduce the social burden of these injuries and promote independence, re-employment of workers affected by work-related injuries is an important task. Vocational assessments help explore each worker's abilities and transferable skills, and thus help workers achieve self-understanding, develop suitable occupational goals, and adjust their work content. This paper describes the manner by which vocational assessment helped a worker who was injured due to a traffic accident of work by helping the worker understand her career potential, interests, transferable skills, and physiological condition, while providing specific employment advice. Ultimately, the injured worker found a new, suitable work.
