摘要

在「研究即實踐、實踐即研究」的理念下，我們希望能探討組織臨床研究作為研究取向的種種議題。其中，臨床研究應當能對「建構出更好理論」產生獨特而重要的貢獻。本文以Edgar Schein所提議的臨床取向研究為起點，融入Schön的行動反映研究，以理想型的思維方式，嘗試發展出一種雙重視野三重前進的研究設計與程序，讓研究者能兼顧助人與學術的雙重意圖。也討論了在個案選擇與進入歷程中，怎樣做才更有機會去創造理論。最後則討論了視寫作為對話歷程、臨床研究所產生出不同質地的知識類別、以及臨床研究的效度。

In the belief of ”research is practice, practice is research,” we want to discuss subjects about seeing the organization clinical research as a research orientation. The clinical research seems to have unique and important contribution to ”building better theories”. Using the method of ideal type, and based on the clinical research proposed by Edgar Schein and the action-reflection research proposed by Schön, this article proposes an double vision & triple move process design to maximize the potential of creating theories under the intention of helping clients. We discuss some key issues about how to increase the opportunity of creating theories in the select and entry process. Finally, subjects regarding with research validity, writing as dialogue, the knowledge representation and category, are also discussed.
