以人際溝通爲基礎之情感論壇網站設計

本研究基於人際溝通、詮釋學、與電腦中介傳播理論，整理出：「生活經驗」、「自我揭露」、「背後意涵」與「未來行動」四項溝通要素，並將此四項溝通要素做為設計情感論壇網站之結構化書寫項目，期能透過結構化的書寫，引導完整的溝通表達步驟，並探討在論壇中是否可以藉此培養良好的溝通行為，增進個人溝通能力。研究中透過電子郵件訪談，探討使用者對於本論壇網站的使用經驗，並輔以「人際溝通能力評量表」評估使用者的人際溝通能力。經由訪談內容、論壇文章、與人際溝通能力評量的交叉分析發現，此論壇網站提供結構化的溝通項目，有助於提昇書寫的簡潔性與表達的完整性；網站提供情感表達關鍵字，可增進情感抒發與表達能力並引發同理心。

Based on the theories of interpersonal communication, hermeneutics, and computer mediated communication, this study proposed four elements of communication: ”life experience,” ”selfdisclosure,” ”the meaning behind,” and ”future action,” and applied these four elements to be the structured writing items for designing a website of emotional forum. It is wished that the structured, guided steps in the forum could lead to the complete expression of communication, and to explore whether the forum could foster good communication, and enhance personal communication skills. The research team interviewed the target user by e-mail to explore the user’s experience of the designed forum, and evaluated user's interpersonal communication skills through the ”interpersonal communication competence scale.” Through the analysis of interviews, articles of forum, and interpersonal communication skills assessment, the study found that the proposed forum website can improve the simplicity of written expression and integrity by providing structured, writing items; emotional keywords can enhance users ability to express emotion and to trigger empathy.
