以服務設計觀點探討藝文社會企業影響力之要素

Exploring the Social Impact Factor of the Culture and Arts Social Enterprises from the Perspective of Service Design

摘要


本研究目的在於透過服務設計觀點探討以藝文發展為目標核心價值的社會企業在經營面所具備的影響力要素,並提出其社會影響力(Social Impact)評估之構面。此研究設計採用個案研究法,以甘樂文創、幸福果食、三明治工、耕山農創作為研究對象。該研究過程透過半結構式深度訪談法搜集資料,分析編碼後建立影響力評估架構之雛形,依此成果,提出藝文社會企業影響力的三個範疇:「藝文社會企業的本質」、「藝文社會企業的營運模式」、「藝文社會企業的影響力」,以及評估影響力時需考慮的五個面向:「企業永續」、「經濟影響」、「社會影響」、「環境永續影響」、「藝術與文化影響」。藉此,探討企業與利害關係人之互動結構,作為藝術與文化的社會性影響之營運策略評估根據。

The study is targeted at applying the perspectives of service design to explore the Culture and Arts Social Enterprise which focuses on developing the cultural creativity locally through arts and design, and to propose the aspect of evaluating the social impact according to current situations. The method of study is case study and the CAN, Nature Joy, Sandwishes Studio, and Valai were taken as the subjects for the study. There are three major phases designed for the study. The first one is to analyze the related literature. The second phase is to have the semi-structured interview with the operator by applying the in-depth interview to further understand the operating items. The final phase is to develop the prototype of the impact assessing structure based on the literature and interview analysis coding. Based on the results and insights of the three phases mentioned above, this study proposes that the elements to assess the impact by the Culture and Arts Social Enterprise in Taiwan can be categorized into "the essence of the Culture and Arts Social Enterprise", "the business model of the Culture and Arts Social Enterprise", and "the impact of the Culture and Arts Social Enterprise". These three categories were used to discuss the interaction structure between enterprises and stakeholders. Furthermore, the results can be taken as references to assess the enterprise's social impact on art and culture.
