不同教學策略對大學網球初學者反手拍教學成效差異之研究

摘要


本研究之目的在於比較網球教學中,初學者先學習雙手反拍是否對單手反拍的訓練產生正面效益。研究過程以靜宜大學106學年度第一學期選修網球課程之60位男性網球初學者為研究對象,並將研究對象隨機分組為二組。於為期八週教學前後實施單手反手拍測驗及訓練後,經相依樣本t考驗分析實驗組及對照組訓練前後成績差異,及以獨立樣本t考驗分析分析實驗組及對照組的訓練效果,本研究發現:實驗組及對照組其單手反手拍前、後測驗成績無顯著差異,兩組之單手反手拍前後測驗成績皆有顯著差異。本研究經SPSS18.0版電腦套裝軟體統計分析後進行整理並導出以下結論:一、先學習雙手反手拍對於初學者的單手反拍訓練沒有正面效益,在經過審慎評估後,應讓適合使用單手反手拍的選手直接學習單手反手拍。二、為克服肌力及穩定性的不足,教練在初學者的球具的選擇及訓練方法應該加以調整,使初學者能有效運用,避免選手因肌力等因素喪失使用單手反手拍的未來性。

The purpose of this study is to compare the tennis teaching, whether the beginner to learn the two-handed backhand drill training first is positive impact on one-handed backhand drill learning. As the research purpose, the research process is based on 60 male tennis beginners who took the tennis course at Providence University at the first semester of the academic year in 2017, and the participants were randomly divided into two groups. We make the following conclusions after eight weeks of teaching the implementation of one-handed backhand tests and training: First, in regard to the beginner's one-handed backhand training, it did not get any positive benefit for beginners to learn the two-handed backhand first. After the comprehensive assessment, the beginners who were suitable to use one-handed backhand, it should let them to learn one-handed backhand directly. Second, in order to overcome the insufficiency of muscle strength and to avoid the loss of using one-handed backhand due to muscle strength and other factors, the coach should adjust the choice of beginner's tennis equipment and training methods so that beginners can use one-handed backhand effectively and stably in the future.
