摘要

隨著臺灣進入了高齡社會，少子化所導致的社會結構問題也逐漸浮上檯面。除了高齡者的醫療及照護問題外，兒童健康成長及醫療保健亦是重中之重。本研究使用全民健康保險研究資料庫中2011－2015年的兒童資料（12歲以下）計算五大類共十五項疾病歷年新發生人數；並結合衛生福利部統計處之公開資料，整理出高血壓、糖尿病、類脂質代謝失調、肥胖、近視以及氣喘等兒童常見疾病自2011至2018年歷年就診人數，發現兒童因肥胖就診的人數逐年提高。故在兒童成長過程中，應多注意飲食及生活環境對於兒童體型所造成的影響。唯有讓兒童在健康及醫療照護品質健全的環境下成長，才能提升國家未來的競爭力。

Taiwan had become an aged society, the social structure problems caused by the declining birth rate have gradually playing itself out. Not only the medical and care issues for the elderly but the healthy growth and medical care of children are also top priorities. This study was divide into two parts, first part was conducted with National Health Insurance Research Database from 2011 to 2015, we included children below 12 years old and calculate incidence rate of 15 diseases in the past years; and the second part was calculated the number of outpatient visits diagnosed by hypertension, Diabetes, lipid metabolism disorders, obesity, myopia, asthma and other common diseases from 2011 to 2018, and we found that the outpatient visits due to obesity had been increasing year by year. Therefore, in the process of children's growth, we should pay more attention to the diet and living environment which affect children's body type. In order to enhance national competitiveness, we have to make sure that children grow up in the best environment.
