Quantum Informational Theoretical Calculations on Graphene

摘要


本文對電子密度,intracule和extracule電子密度,Fukui函數,以及量子信息熵等理論概念做了一簡要介紹與回顧。以石墨烯為例,對這些量的一些可能應用,用PBEPBE/6-31G*密度泛涵理論,在週期性邊界條件約束下,做了一些近似模擬靜態計算。石墨烯的這些不同量之間,表現出驚人相似的簡單規則空間分佈,令人印象深刻。這或許也在這些方面揭示了其電子整體上,表現出的驚人一致性規則行為。

Concepts of electron densities, intracule densities, extracule densities, Fukui functions, and information entropy distributions, have been briefly reviewed. The calculations and potential applications of these quantities on graphene, have been undertaken, by PBEPBE/6-31G* methods under periodic boundary conditions. Brief studies reveal the similarity and simple, consistent behaviors of electrons, specific to graphene, among the topological patterns of these different density distributions.
