核醫腦部血流灌注造影以及腦部正子造影於癲癇疾病診斷之應用

摘要


癲癇手術治療成功與否最重要的因素之一取決於手術前能否精確定位癲癇的病灶。若是非侵襲性的檢查來說,臨床上常用經頭皮腦電波圖及腦部核磁共振等來尋找癲癇病灶。而核醫檢查方面,主要有腦部血流灌注造影以及腦部正子造影來協助癲癇病灶的定位。
