中國股票市場波動情勢對臺商之影響

摘要

制度的不健全是中國股票市場不穩定因子，加上開放程度不斷提高後國際因素摻入，使得中國股票市場變動趨勢複雜化，市場風險更加難以管控。兩岸經濟關係已愈來愈密切，雙邊經貿相互依存度不斷提高，中國股票市場變動在國際金融市場引起的騷動，臺灣顯然無法置身事外。研究結果顯示，在中國股票市場與商務環境快速變遷下，臺商首先改善其財務透明度，其次應即時掌握運用最新資訊，並完善風險管理機制；我政府則應呼籲及協助臺商誠實透明，強化在中國臺商回流機制，以及對中國股市波動應備妥多套應變之劇本等。本研究赴中國各城市進行田野訪查可以提供臺商作為經營決策的參考，亦可供我政府作為制定兩岸政策的依據，掌握相關資訊及早綢繆應對策略。

Uncertainties in China's stock market, refer to the imperfection system, the degree of openness, and other international unfixed factors, which caused the stock market in China is complicated and the market risk is more difficult to control. Cross-strait economic relations have become increasingly closer than the past. Bilateral economic and trade interdependence continues to improve. The China's stock market have changed, which caused the turmoil in the international financial markets. Apparently, Taiwan is unable to stay out of the changes. The study shows that under the rapid changes in the stock market and business environment in China, Taiwan businessmen first improved their financial transparency. Second, they should immediately grasp the latest information and improve the risk management mechanism. Taiwan government should call for and help Taiwan businessmen be honest, openness and strengthened mechanism Taiwan businessmen return back to Taiwan, as well as the China’s stock market fluctuations should be properly prepared sets of scripts. The study has used observation method in China. Hence, the findings of this study provide a reference of the formulation of cross-strait policy and business decision-making for the Taiwan government and businessmen.
