工業4.0對製造業的影響分析-以元件製造商為例

摘要


本次研究以工業4.0角度分析探討智慧製造對於工業元件製造業的影響。工業元件製造業是一個國家經濟的基礎,因此,要發展工業4.0,首先要完善一個國家的工業元件製造業,或是將工業元件製造智能化。本研究以實例分析智能化與自動化生產如何改進生產效率。本研究指出,工業4.0有三個推動核心,依序為:「設備自動化與智能化」、「工廠智慧化」,終至實現「系統虛實融合」,此外也有四個推動內涵,包括工業物聯網(IIoT)、智慧機器人(IR)、大數據(Big Data)與雲端科技(Cloud),工業元件製造業想要進行先進製造與變革,以擴大競爭力,提升生存空間,這三大推動核心與四大內涵必不可少。

This study analyzes the impact of smart manufacturing on industrial components industry from an Industry 4.0 point of view. Component manufacturing industry is the basis of every country’s economy, hence, in order to develop Industry 4.0, industrial component manufacturing shall be completed by being intellectualized. This study analyzes a real case about how an automatic and intellectualized manufacturing process improves the production efficiency. This study also indicates three executing cores for Industry 4.0: Automatic and Intellectualized Equipment, Smart Factory, and Cyber Physic System(CPS). There are also four implications: Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT), Intelligent Robot(IR), Big Data and Cloud technology. These are necessary if we want to have a greater competition by improving industrial component manufacturing process to Industry 4.0.
