臺北市低地板公車乘載空間設計研究

A Study of Low Floor Bus Interior Design of Metropolitan Taipei Area

摘要


隨著大眾運輸的發展與進步,低地板公車的路線與數量逐漸成長,照臺北市政府的規劃,未來市區公車將全面代換使用低地板公車。本研究之目的有以下三點:(一) 觀察紀錄提出臺北市低地板公車乘載空間之使用問題點、(二) 確認低地板公車乘載空間現況之使用問題、(三) 對臺北市低地板公車乘載空間之問題提出具體改善建議。 本研究透過實地觀察與問卷調查法進行探討。首先對公車使用者進行實地觀察與問題歸納,再利用問卷調查確認低地板公車乘載空間的現況問題,問卷回收有效資料共計303份,經描述性統計分析得到現存於乘載空間的使用性問題有以下六項:(一) 低地板公車座位數量不足。(二) 低地板公車面對面式的座椅(又稱相親座)。(三) 低地板公車前車拱空間的利用。(四) 低地板公車後車拱空間座椅排列方式(有如電影座)。(五) 低地板公車後段座位進出。(六) 低地板公車前後座位之距離。此六項問題主要在於座椅尺寸設計及座位排列配置兩個構面,本研究依據對應之問題提出可能改良之設計建議。

The research is concerned with interior design of low floor bus in Taipei area. There are 3 main goals of this research:(1)take observation of passengers actions and record the existing problems on the low floor bus.(2)confirm those recorded problems are actual problems(3)for these problems to make specific recommendations for improvement. The research first observes the actions of passengers in the interior of low floor bus, then records all possible problems and summarizes them. And then confirms these problems by taking questionnaires. By means of questionnaire, the research shows that passengers have main 6 problems in the interior space of low floor bus: (1)the number of seats on low floor bus is not meet the needs of passengers.(2)facing seats design.(3)using ways of front wheel-arches space.(4)seats arrangement in back-space of low floor bus.(5)problems of taking/leaving seats in back-space of low floor bus.(6)the distance between the front seat and the back seat does not meet the requirements. Some feasible recommendations are made as follows according to the problems.
