本研究主要目的在提供一套應用於行動電源產品的自動化測試系統。本測試系統可以針對行動電源產品的功能與保護機制,進行自動化測試與驗證,並協助生產線縮短產品測試時間、降低人力成本和設備費用,以及避免人為的操作錯誤導致誤判。本自動化測試系統在硬體部分,運用工廠現有的電源供應器、直流電子負載機、數位萬用電錶等儀器組成充(放)電測試設備;並採用一台電腦作為系統控制平台,透過GPIB介面與充(放)電測試設備連結,RS-232介面與自製的繼電器切換裝置連結。軟體部分以Visual C++程式語言開發自動化測試系統,經由本系統直接控制測試設備和繼電器切換裝置,以自動完成所有測試程序。每件產品測試後,會產生測試數據儲存於Excel報表內,可供測試人員查詢與分析測試結果,並與生產線的人工測試相互比較,驗證其可以提供製造廠商另一種選擇的替代方案。
The purpose of this study was to propose an automatic test system for the Power Pack product. The test system was able to test automatically and verify the Power Pack whose functionality and protection mechanism, also, could shorten the testing time, labor costs, equipment costs, and avoid human error leading to miscarriage of justice. The hardware of the test system, which was the charge-discharge test equipment was composed of the existing instruments such as Power Supply, DC Electronic Load, Digital Multimeter from factory. The system used a computer as a control platform, then linked charge-discharge test equipment via GPIB interface, linked Relay device via RS-232 interface. The software of the test system, which was developed by Visual C++ programming language, then controlled the test equipment and Relay device to accomplish all automatic test processes. After the system tested each product, which will generate test results stored in the report of Excel file, which could for tester to query and analyze, also, could compare with artificial test in the production line to verify if it was an alternative solution for manufacturers to use.
