IPA分析法導入大專校院學生社團評鑑指標之研究

Research on the Evaluation Index of Students’ Clubs in the University by Importance-Performance Analysis

摘要


本研究旨在探討大專校院社團評鑑指標對社團運作重要性與社團具備程度之現況,研究目的為:一、調查社團評鑑項目重要性之排序並分析不同背景研究對象對其之差異;二、調查社團評鑑項目社團之具備程度排序並分析不同背景研究對象對其之差異;三、交叉比較社團評鑑各項指標之重要性與社團具備程度;四、蒐集社團評鑑之意見。 本研究以我國157所大專校院課外活動組成員為研究對象,自編「大專校院學生社團評鑑指標調查問卷」為工具進行調查,總計回收有效問卷297份,樣本中有70名主管、120名社團評鑑業務承辦人。統計方法包括描述性統計、t檢定、變異數分析及IPA分析法。 本研究主要結果歸納如下: 一、社團評鑑項目重要性由高至低依序為經費控管、社團活動、組織章程、管理運作、產物保管、資料保存與資訊管理、年度計畫、活動特色與績效。 二、社團評鑑項目社團具備程度由高至低依序為組織章程、經費控管、資料保存與資訊管理、社團活動、管理運作、活動特色與績效、年度計畫、產物保管。 三、不同學校類型、職務、年資、業務課外活動組成員對社團評鑑指標之重要性及具備程度無顯著差異。 四、67個社團評鑑指標經過IPA分析結果,較為重要指標37個,其中28個較為具備,9個較不具備;較不重要指標30個,4個較為具備,26個較不具備。 研究結果提供教育主管機關及各大專校院課外活動組作為社團評鑑指標修訂及強化輔導機制之參考。

The research explores the present situation between the importance and performance of the evaluation index of students’ clubs in the university and collages. The main purposes of research are as follows. The first, surveying the order on the importance of the evaluation index of students’ clubs in the university and analyzing the difference of the importance of the evaluation index on different background of target group. The second, surveying the order on the performance of the evaluation index of clubs in the university and analyzing the difference of the performance of the evaluation index on different background of target group. The third, cross-comparing the importance and performance of the evaluation index of students’ clubs in the university. The forth, collecting opinions of the evaluation of students’ clubs in the university. The target group of research are staffs of extracurricular activities section in 157 universities and colleges. The research tool made by researcher is “The survey questionnaire of the evaluation index of clubs in the university”. In total, 297 valid questionnaires were be responded and received. 70 people were supervisors and 120 people were undertaker of evaluation of students’ clubs. The statistical methods are Description statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Importance-Performance analysis (IPA). The main results of research are as follows: The first, about the importance of the evaluation index of students’ clubs in the university, the ranking list is controlling of budget, activities of clubs, articles of incorporation, management and operating, asset custody, the record and management of documents and information, annual plan, the characteristic of activities and the performance. The second, about the performance of the evaluation index of students’ clubs in the university, the ranking list is articles of incorporation, controlling of budget, the record and management of documents and information, activities of clubs, management and operating, the characteristic of activities and the performance, annual plan and asset custody. The third, about the importance and performance of the evaluation index of students’ clubs in the university, there is no obvious difference even though different school types, positions, seniorities and job description. The forth, after analyzing 67 evaluation indexes of clubs in the university through IPA, 37 indexes are more important. Among these 37 indexes, 28 indexes are performance and 9 indexes are not performance. 30 indexes are less important. Among these 30 indexes, 4 indexes are performance and 26 indexes are not performance. Based on the above results and conclusions, the research provides recommendations and references of revising evaluation indexes of students’ clubs and improving counseling mechanism for educational authority, extracurricular activities section of universities and colleges.
