分散奈米碳管摻雜建築材料油漆對電磁波屏蔽之研究

摘要


本研究希望把導電填充材料,如結構性及強韌性較佳的奈米碳管(CNT)經過改質處理加入建築材料的油漆中,藉以達到減少電磁波的影響效應。利用機械式攪拌加SDS或NaDDBS界面活性劑,改良奈米碳管在油漆中分散的問題。從SEM圖中可以觀察出,加入SDS能夠使奈米碳管在油漆分散更佳。新型分散劑NaDDBS也能分散奈米碳管,但分散劑不宜添加過多,會降低電磁波屏蔽效果。利用三氟乙酸加上分散劑SDS,NaDDBS處理後的奈米碳管能夠幫助此油漆電磁波屏蔽效果些許提升。

Conductive fillers, such as carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with much better strength and structure, through functionalization process, can be added into building materials, such as paint, in order to enhance shielding of the electromagnetic waves. With the use of mechanical stirring, either SDS or NaDDBS surfactant is used to improve dispersion of CNTs in the paint. The SEM images indicate that adding SDS enables better dispersion of CNTs in the paint. The new dispersant, NaDDBS, can also disperse CNTs, but will reduce the shielding effect of the electromagnetic wave if the amount of dispersant is added too much in the paint. After functionalization of the CNTs with trifluoroacetic acid together with SDS or NaDDBS, the CNTs blended in the paint can enhance shielding of the electromagnetic wave.
