本研究透過敘事研究瞭解精神分裂症主要照顧者的照顧經驗及心路歷程,探討此經驗對其生命帶來之影響,並分析基督教信仰在照顧歷程中扮演何種角色,帶來的影響與意義。精神分裂症減損病患功能,擾亂病患與家屬生活,為棘手的精神疾病;自政府推動精神醫療去機構化後,使病患家屬的生活負荷更是日趨沈重。宗教信仰作為靈性的具體展現,是整全生命的重要因素;因此瑝外在環境與家庭系統皆長期無法突破的狀態下,宗教信仰或能成為改善主要照顧者生活的切入點。 本研究以敘事研究「整體-內容」取向分析,將故事分為三階段:出生至國中畢業、護專至畢業後的青年時期,以及進入婚姻後懷孕生子至現階段。第一階段為主要照顧者生長在原生家庭,其生活因病患而混亂不安;第二階段接觸基督教信仰,使得生命開始有被愛與被肯定的感受;第三階段陎臨角色轉換,靠著信仰與原生家庭畫出較清楚的心理界線,並透過親子關係療癒童年的心理創傷。根據研究參與者的生命故事與研究分析結果,本研究認為精神分裂症患者的照顧歷程負荷沈重,易使主要照顧者個人產生負向心理反應,同時影響其家庭關係出現衝突。然而基督教信仰有助於提升主要照顧者之心理復原能力、增加社會支持來源與安慰內在創傷,因此能成為主要照顧者在困境中的倚靠與安慰。此外,透過信仰帶來靈性滿足與關係修復,可轉化主要照顧者之照顧歷程成為探尋自我與「家」的旅程,找到自身存在的意義。
The purpose of this research is to understand the care experience and the rhythm of the heart about schizophrenia caregivers, and the influences of this experience on their life through Narrative. Furthermore, the research is also to analyze the role, the impact, and the meaning of Christianity in the care course. Schizophrenia is a difficult disease that it will reduce patients’ life function and disturb patients and their family’s life. Religion, as a concrete manifestation of spirituality, is an important element to integrate whole life, therefore, religion can be the breakthrough point to improve caregivers’ life when environment and family system have no improvement over a long period of time. The study use the whole - content Orientation of Narrative. The results of study is that care course with the schizophrenia caregivers is so heavy that may have negative psychological reaction, and affect the family produce conflcts. Christianity helps improving the resilience, increasing social support, and healing inner trauma so that can become comfort and stand-by in difficult circumstances. In addition, religion bring the repairmen of spiritual beliefs and relationships can convert the care course to the journey to find themselves and "home" to know their own meaning of existence.
