摘要

本院骨科從1982年引進霍夫曼骨骼外固定器，使用於第三度開放性骨折，由於簡易外固定材料容易取得，且價錢便宜，因此仍有病例使用。
近三年來我們使用簡易骨骼外固定於三位嚴重性開放性遠端前臂骨折病人，將骨折復位後再加上簡易外固定，然後再近一步處理軟組織的缺損，三例均能骨折癒合，軟組織合、手腕功能恢復，因此我們提出報告。

Three cases open communited severe distal third fractures of the forearm were treated by a simple external fixator at Chung Shan Medical College Hospital these past three years. This has resulted in successful unions of good function and radiological appearance, the lack of serious complications is attributed to the use of the external fixation device.
Simple external skeletal fixation provides rigid fixation and allows would redressings, skin grafts and early mobilization without loss of alignment.
