摘要


心電圖(ECG)資料與其他醫療影像在臨床診斷同時應用上的需求日漸增加。雖然很多醫療儀器提供了數位化心電圖資料,仍然有許多資料未依標準數位化格式儲存。此外,標準格式的資料在不同醫院資訊系統間的交換將有助於醫療資源的使用。DICOM標準是現今普遍使用的醫療影像交換標準,提供了波形資訊物件定義。本研究對掃描的12導程心電圖影像和數位化心電圖波形資料作DICOM標準格式的轉換。在本系統中心電圖影像係依照DICOM標準中所使用的次級擷取模組格式,心電圖波形資料則依照12導程波形模組作為描述的格式。這些被轉換成標準DICOM物件的ECG影像及波形一起被儲存在DICOM伺服器中。在顯示方面,我們也發展了一個可以顯示DICOM波形物件的DICOM瀏覽器。

ECG processing is increasingly being integrated with various other forms of data in healthcare. However, most of the ECGs in the hospitals are still recorded on plain papers. For the clinical decision process a general review facility is expected to store and display ECG images with ECG waveform data. Furthermore, it would be helpful for physicians to exchange ECG data between heterogeneous computerized ECG analysis and other information systems. The scanned 12-lead ECG images and extracted ECG waveform raw data were included in this study. The ECG images were specified in secondary capture module and the ECG waveform raw data were specified in 12-lead waveform module. These modules were stored in a DICOM server. Extracted waveform raw data and image can be stored and displayed as standard DICOM image and waveform objects.
