臺南市國民中學體育教師、學生與家長對體適能納入十二年國民教育政策實施接受度之研究

摘要


本研究目的在探討臺南市國民中學體育教師、家長與學生對體適能納入十二年國民教育政策認知與實施接受度之相關情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以分層叢集的抽樣方式進行量表施測,以臺南市國民中學體育教師(126人)、學生(849人)與家長(766人)為研究對象,研究工具為「臺南市國民中學體育教師、學生及家長對體適能納入十二年國教政策認知及實施接受度問卷」。所得各項資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果顯示: 一、體育教師、學生及家長對體適能納入十二年國教政策認知程度有差異,體育教師明顯優於學生及家長。 二、在體適能納入十二年國教政策認知上:(1)體育教師的師資養成方式和職務有顯著差異存在;(2)學生的性別和年級有顯著差異存在;(3)家長年齡有顯著差異存在。 三、體育教師、學生及家長對體適能納入十二年國教實施政策,呈現「尚可」接受的程度。 四、在體適能納入十二年國教實施接受度上:(1) 學生性別、年級及運動習慣有差異存在;(2)家長性別、年齡、社經地位及運動習慣有差異存在;(3)而體育教師在六個變項中皆無顯著差異。 最後,本研究針對結果的應用及未來的研究提出建議。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the related situation of policy cognition and implement acceptability of gymnastics teachers, parents and students in junior high school in Tainan City about subsuming physical fitness into twelve-year compulsory education. The study used questionnaire survey and stratified cluster sampling to measure scale. The study objectives are gymnastics teachers (126 people), students (849 people) and parents (766 people) in junior high school in Tainan City. The study method is “ the questionnaire of policy cognition and implement acceptability of gymnastics teachers, students and parents in junior high school in Tainan City about subsuming physical fitness into twelve-year compulsory education”. Each data used statistics methods like descriptive statistics, independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA analysis and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis to process analysis. The study result indicated: 1. The policy cognition has difference between gymnastics teachers, students and parents about subsuming physical fitness into twelve-year compulsory education. The gymnastics teachers are obviously better than students and parents. 2. The policy cognition has significant difference between (1) gymnastics teachers with different teacher preparation and job, (2) students with different gender and grades and (3) parents with different ages about subsuming physical fitness into twelve-year compulsory education. 3. The implement acceptability of gymnastics teachers, students and parents about subsuming physical fitness into twelve-year compulsory education is ”moderate”. 4. The implement acceptability has significant difference between (1) students with different gender, grades and exercise habit and (2) parents with different gender, ages, social-economic status and exercise habit about subsuming physical fitness into twelve-year compulsory education. (3)The gymnastics teachers have no significant difference in six variables. Finally, the study proposed suggestions to the result application and future research.
